Bharatpur Forest Lodge in Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary
The
Bharatpur Forest Lodge within the vicinity of Keoladeo National Park
that lies 190-kms from Delhi and 55-kms from Agra in Rajasthan,
offers an up close and personal stay. Faded interiors with nothing
to write home about except the vantage location, which doesn't come
cheap.
Bharatpur
was a premier Jat state in Rajasthan, which is now mainly famous for
the splendid Bharatpur palace which dates back to the 15th century.
Other attractions of Bharatpur are the Keoladeo Ghana national park,
the bird sanctuary and the Lohargarh fort. The govt. run Bharatpur
Forest Lodge is a wonderful place.
